CANCELLATION and RETURN POLICY

If you make use of your right to cancel the purchase, Rhapsody Wood will refund the paid amount for the items, 

 

When you receive your order it is essential that you check thoroughly for damage before signing for the products. If you sign for as "received in good condition" and later discover that they are damaged, we cannot process a claim through our carrier.

Should you wish to return the product, please return within 3 days after delivery. Contact me for special instruction.

Return is accepted in an unworn, unused, and undamaged condition in the original packaging.  

Postage will be incurred by the customer.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to replace or exchange returned products. For this purpose, please make a new online order.
